Meet Lulu.  Lulu was left behind when her family moved.  A homeless man found her and surrendered her to the Oasis knowing a rescue would be the best chance at finding her a forever home.  She is shy at first due to being abandoned but warms up quickly.  Lulu loves other dogs and loves giving her people kisses.  She is now up to date on her shots and is chipped.  Lulu is ready for her new family.  Her loving personality will win you over.
